Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (U.S.) addresses

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO addresses (with possible longer delivery times)

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it soon.


Warm Weather Shipping (Candles & Wax Melts)

Due to the heat-sensitive nature of our candles and wax melts:

  • During warm months, we may include insulated packaging or delay shipping to avoid weekend holdovers.

  • We recommend choosing priority shipping in hot climates to reduce melting risk.

We are not responsible for melting or softening caused by heat after delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.


Lost, Damaged & Missing Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine replacement or refund eligibility.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer local pickup, include this section:

Local customers may choose free local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup hours vary and will be arranged after purchase.
