Ordering

How do I place my order?

Simply choose your desired product and style on the product page, click “Add to Cart,” and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.
Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it and send you an email when it’s on the way!


Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Domestic orders: Usually arrive shortly after processing.

  • International orders: Transit may take an additional 1–2 weeks.

My tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to update in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking number still hasn’t updated after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier. Occasionally, carriers experience delays or misplaced scans.

I need help with a late order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Domestic: 10 business days

  • International: 20 business days
